MTA Tennis Academy is a high-performance tennis academy in Germany for young players aged 8 to 18 who want to combine elite tennis training with full-time schooling, safe accommodation, and a pathway to a professional or university tennis career. We welcome international students from India, Asia, Eastern Europe and beyond. Training is in English, with German, Hindi, French and Russian support.

What sets MTA apart from other European tennis academies is free German public school access for international students. This is not a private school with high fees — it is the same public schooling system German children attend, opened to your child as a registered resident of Germany. The cost is zero, and the education is recognised across Europe and the US.
Children attend school in the morning, train in the afternoon, and study in the evening with supervised homework hours. Weekends are for tournaments, matches and rest.
For talented players who continue past 18, we help map the next step: the college tennis scholarship route, or a European university with continued competitive play.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the German school really free?
Yes. Once your child is registered as a resident under the academy's care, they attend the local German public school (subject to approval), funded the same way as for German children.
What language is training in?
Training is in English. School is in German, with extra German support in the first months. Staff also speak Russian, French and Hindi.
What about visa and stay?
We guide families through the student visa process. Most come on a long-stay national visa with parental support in the first phase, then move to the student route.
Can my child come for a trial period?
Yes. Two- and four-week trial camps run during school holidays — the best way to see if MTA fits before a full-year commitment.
What does it cost?
Costs vary by program length and accommodation. Schooling itself is free; training, accommodation, meals and supervision form the main fees. We share a detailed cost sheet on enquiry.
